Qualification: Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner
Garric Vosloo is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with almost three decades of experience. He has pioneered bringing Sports Functional Medicine, Sports and Orthopaedic Physiotherapy and Certified Coaching into one solution. He is passionate about helping the athlete solve sporting injuries, supercharge recovery and ramp up performance.
Garric has done over 80 000 consultations. He works with athletes on 5 continents from variety of sporting backgrounds. He has worked with athletes from amateur to professional, National and Olympic sportsman. He is a passionate endurance athlete with a love for offroad multipsort events.
His main approach is to get to the root of what is holding an athlete back from their max potential. He uses a sytemised approach to balance inflammation, oxidative stress and the immune system. This allows athletes to solve stubborn sports injuries, recover twice as fast from intense training sessions and races, and dramatically increase performance. To achieve these results he highly recommends a quality high fat – low carb diet, with targeted supplementation and mind-body skill sets.
